Startups Are Getting Sick Of NYC's Dirty, Overcrowded Coworking Spaces

Last year, I wrote an article in Business Insider about how the NYU Poly Incubator was one of the best coworking options in the city. Since that time, several startups in NYU Poly have had sizeable exits —such as nRelate (sold to IAC).   NYU Poly is a program run by the City of New York and NYU.
